Workplace Warriors™
Introduction to Apprenticeship
Workplace Warriors™ is Passport 2 Apprenticeship's foundational career readiness program designed to prepare participants for success before entering a Registered Apprenticeship. Through hands-on training, professional development, and real-world workplace expectations, participants build the skills employers value most—including communication, professionalism, accountability, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership.
More than a training program, Workplace Warriors™ helps individuals develop the mindset, confidence, and habits needed to thrive in today's workforce. Participants learn how to represent themselves professionally, navigate workplace culture, and demonstrate the reliability and character that lead to long-term career success.
Workplace Warriors™ serves as the first step on the pathway to becoming a Pre-Apprentice, Registered Apprentice, and ultimately a Certified Workplace Warrior™.

Find Your Path
The Pathfinders Program helps participants explore careers, identify their strengths, and discover apprenticeship opportunities aligned with their interests and goals. Through career exploration, industry exposure, mentorship, and guided planning, participants gain the direction, confidence, and knowledge needed to make informed career decisions and pursue a pathway toward a successful future.

Navigators are participants enrolled in P2A's Registered Apprenticeship Program, where they earn a paycheck while gaining valuable hands-on experience in their chosen career field. Through paid on-the-job training, mentorship, and industry-recognized instruction, Navigators develop the technical skills, professionalism, and confidence needed for long-term career success.

Leadership Academy
The Certified Workplace Warrior™ program is the capstone achievement of the P2A journey. Designed for participants who have demonstrated commitment, professionalism, and leadership throughout their apprenticeship experience, this program focuses on mentorship, personal growth, and leaving a positive impact on others. Certified Workplace Warriors™ are prepared not only to succeed in their careers, but to help guide and inspire the next generation.
